The tree generator which is used for document listing and asset listing implements an MRUMemory store cache. 
Cache keys are written under a different key then compared with wether there is a cached version. This results in a slow tree 
generator when multiple folders have been opened. Replaced WEBDAVHOST into HTTPHOST in the correct places
